- Research and identify new ideas, artists, communities—particularly within the worlds of art, culture, craft, food, and music—that align with our brand and help drive cultural relevance.
- Support in leading the development and execution of global large-scale brand events aimed at increasing brand awareness, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and working closely with the Social Media and Communications teams to amplify visibility and impact.
- Support in Managing locally-driven large-scale brand events in key regions and cities, partnering with regional teams to create awareness and drive in-store traffic through engaging and relevant activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to continuously innovate and elevate event strategies.
- Collaborate with the production team on the execution of events, including operations, logistics, and budget management.
- Oversee and maintain the brand event calendar to ensure alignment across all initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that support brand awareness growth, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Scout, propose, and manage key partnerships and collaborations that align with brand objectives.
- Liaise with partners to support the execution and visibility of brand events and campaigns.
- Between 1 - 3 years of experience in this role
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Deep knowledge and network in the cultural landscape, including art, music, fashion, food, and more.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work across global and local teams with a collaborative mindset.
- Passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences that resonate culturally and commercially.
