Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer who will support the company’s initiatives aimed at achieving Optimal Asset Utilization and Operational Excellence. This role involves challenging existing operational processes and actively identifying and facilitating the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the CI Manager.The CI Engineer drives operational excellence by leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Key responsibilities include:CI Activities Management:
  • Deliver Lean/CI training and facilitate CI tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving).
  • Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead CI campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
Operations Support:
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze cross-functional processes to uncover efficiency gaps.
Best Practice Sharing:
  • Promote and lead benchmarking and best practice sharing across teams.
The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills to influence change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Portrait of a Perfect Candidate:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline; preference for Industrial Engineering).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong conceptual thinking and ability to analyze production data using statistical methods.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in office applications and statistical analysis software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; experienced in creating technical reports.
  • Lean Expertise: Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.
