- Definition and implementation of the Marketing and PR Plan for the hotel and its outlets, under the supervision of the Central Marketing & PR team.
- Elaborate and support specific PR and Marketing Plans for each F&B outlet and Anantara Spa.
- Handle eCommerce and Digital Marketing in collaboration with HQ teams.
- Prepare and present the MarCom section during Business Reviews.
- Develop and supervise the hotel’s MarCom budget, including forecasting and payment processes.
- Act as Project Manager and main point of contact for Design and PR agencies.
- Create and manage hotel stationery and various materials, including commercial assets.
- Act as Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage content and conduct regular audits across online and offline platforms.
- Develop promotional campaigns and packages to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
- Organize and oversee photo and video shoots.
- Perform copywriting and short translations (EN
EN).
- Support communication and coordination of hotel events.
- Manage the hotel’s social media accounts: content creation and management (IT/EN), community engagement, influencer selection for UGC and paid campaigns.
- Coordinate the hotel’s PR plan: draft press releases, organize national and international press trips with tailored itineraries, host journalists and influencers, and manage gifting.
- Identify opportunities for sponsorships, strategic partnerships (e.g., airlines, city events, tourist offices, local institutions), and cross-promotions to benefit the hotel.
- Graduation and or Experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Excellent capacity to plan, organize and manage priorities.
- Strategic thinking, in line with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Service oriented person.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Italian and English.
- Experience / knowledge of graphic design tools are valued.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality is mandatory and Tourism/Gastronomy/Luxury experience will be appreciated.
- Italian mother tongue is mandatory plus high level of English.
