The area is responsible for developing exclusive solutions, services, and products tailored specifically to the Private segment, distinct from and more advanced than the Wealth offering, strengthening ING’s positioning in the Private Banking market. This role integrates segment strategy, marketing, operational support, performance analytics, and business case management to ensure a best‑in-class client and advisor experience across all channels.The Manager leads the development and execution of segment initiatives, drives commercial effectiveness, ensures the delivery of segment‑specific marketing and communication materials, and coordinates with Sales, CIO, Digital, and Product functions to deliver consistent, data‑driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Segment Strategy & Value Proposition Ownership
- Define and lead the development of the Private Banking offering, including products, services, and tailored solutions specifically designed for the Private segment and extending beyond the standard Wealth investment offering.
- Lead performance analytics and business case tracking for PBWM initiatives.
- Integrate Customer Intelligence (CI) into segment decision-making and planning.
- Monitor commercial results, campaign performance, client behavior, and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and performance improvement levers.
- Ensure operational support for advisory and servicing processes.
- Act as liaison between PBWM, Operations, IT, and other enabling functions.
- Support the local implementation of platform enhancements—both digital and advisory.
- Guarantee consistency and efficiency in client journeys, processes, and tools.
- Develop PBWM segment marketing plan, including campaigns, communication strategy, and events.
- Produce marketing materials supporting both client engagement and advisor activity.
- Ensure messaging consistency aligned with segment strategy and ING brand guidelines.
- Contribute to commercial steering through lead management, campaign design, and performance tracking.
- Support Sales leadership in setting and monitoring segment-related target
- Collaborate with PBWM Sales network on tools, materials, and initiatives enabling commercial growth.
- Act as the central orchestrator across PBWM Sales, CIO, Digital Sales, Product Development, and Advisory Desk.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of segment initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Represent the segment in cross‑departmental governance forums.
- Lead the design and delivery of dedicated Private Banking products and services, expanding beyond investment products to include exclusive solutions tailored to the needs and expectations of Private clients.
- Collaborate with Product, CIO, Advisory, and Sales teams to structure distinctive offerings such as exclusive products, premium services, specialized agreements, and personalized solutions for the Private segment.
- Ensure the Private Banking offering is competitive, differentiating, and aligned with ING’s strategic positioning.
- 8–10+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Strategy, Segment Management, or related areas.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in roles involving commercial steering, analytics, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management value chains.
- Strong analytical capability: performance analytics, forecasting, and business case building.
- Solid knowledge of investment products and advisory models.
- Experience in marketing or communication within a banking/financial context is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer journeys, digital channels, CRM, and lead management.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and functions.
- Ability to lead without direct line authority in a matrix organization.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline.
