The Group offers a full range of products, solutions and services mainly under the global brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and also operates under iconic brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Chaffoteaux, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.In your role as Plant Quality Control Intern, reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Support all activities related to Plants' Quality department: main focus on production process controls
  • Support product problems solving
  • Manage complaints: analyze the causes of products defects and define improvement and preventive actions in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Departments
  • Analyze call rate data and suggest improvement actions and implementation follow up
  • Participate in developing quality performance reporting systems (through KPIs)
  • Analyze process scrap and reworks and identify action plan to reduce them
  • Maintain and enhance the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications: ISO 9001 and QMS
  • Participate in internal and external audits performed by external quality auditors.
Your Profile:
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (Excel)
