As a Controling specialist (Finance Business Partner IS Italy), you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan.About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Planning and Budgeting: Carry out annual and multi-year financial planning activities for the area of expertise, in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Financial analysis: Prepare periodic budgets and forecasts; identify and explain the variances of the final balance compared to the budgets and forecasts. Support the BU in providing guidance and support preparing project Business Cases.
- Management control: Carry out monthly management closures on the revenue side, supervise the correct application of company rules and accounting principles, monitor the main service KPIs and the Cost and the project of IS BU.
- Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and initiatives tracking and recommendations to support management decision making.
- Reporting: Support the preparation of periodic financial reports for management, the board of directors and investors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Experience: At least 2-5 years in management consultancy and/or in the Finance area, preferably in multinational companies or in complex contexts.
- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of corporate finance and management control. Good accounting basics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide detailed and accurate analysis.
- Superior presentation skills, written and oral, relational skills with flexibility to work in dynamic environments with matrix organization and processes.
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Experience with CPM/ERP systems
- Advanced skill in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Business Intelligence solution (i.e. Power BI)
