ELC Supply Chain The Role The Estée Lauder Supply Chain department is looking for a motivated intern to join the Logistics team. The Corporate Process Improvement Assistant will support the Operational Excellence & Cost Controlling area, focusing on the optimization of warehouse processes related to marketing materials and distribution. This internship offers a dynamic environment where the resource will gain hands-on experience in logistics, process mapping, and supplier coordination. Key Performance Areas The intern will be involved in the following activities: Process Mapping: analyze and document marketing-related warehouse and pick & pack processes; Data Analysis & Reporting: support the development of reports and analytical tools to monitor logistics performance; Supplier Coordination: identify and classify marketing activities and storage areas managed by external suppliers; Process Standardization: contribute to the definition and implementation of standardized procedures; Space Optimization: propose solutions to optimize material storage and reduce economic impact. Requirements Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Interest in supply chain and logistics operations; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); Ability to work both independently and in a team; Flexibility and attention to detail. Details Location: Cassina de' Pecchi (MI), with a hybrid work model (on-site and remote); Duration: 6 months; Working Hours: monday to friday, 9.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00; Benefits: Monthly allowance, meal vouchers or canteen access, transport reimbursement.
