I'm partnering with a globally established engineering consultancy with close to 100
years in the market and a strong presence across Europe.
Their Milan team delivers complex building services design across data centres,
healthcare, aviation, life sciences and high-spec commercial developments. These are
technically demanding schemes where electrical engineering is critical to project
performance, not an afterthought.
They are investing in senior electrical capability and want someone who can operate
beyond pure design production.The Role
This is a senior-level engineering position with real responsibility.
You will:
- Lead electrical and special systems design on complex projects
- Coordinate directly with mechanical, fire, sustainability and façade disciplines
- Engage suppliers on technical solutions and equipment selection
- Support construction phase delivery and site activity
- Take ownership of documentation quality and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to multidisciplinary design reviews

- 5+ years' experience operating as a Electrical Design Engineer
- Strong design background across building services
- Construction phase exposure
- Experience coordinating project teams
- BIM familiarity
Experience in data centres, healthcare, aviation or other mission critical environments
