We are looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator with a focus on implementing preventive measures and conducting internal audit. This role oversees and manages LPP stores to ensure the company standards, to evaluate the risk categories and to guarantee that all procedures are in compliance with the local regulations.Do you want to be part of the LPP Italy Team?YOUR ROLE
Take charge of building and coordinating the loss prevention strategy in the assigned region;
Identify and evaluate risk categories within store areas and implementing preventive measures;
Develop and improve internal audit standards, techniques, and practices, aiming for continuously improvement of audit effectiveness;
Ensure the proper functioning of internal control systems;
Develop and implement comprehensive internal procedures for loss prevention;
Conduct audits and oversee compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores;
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations;
Conduct trainings on the existing rules, procedures and methodologies in loss prevention;
Manage and supervise safety technologies, including but not limited to CCTV systems;
Cooperation and report to a central office, close cooperation with other departmentsor.YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience a Loss Prevention position in the retail/fashion industry;
Availability for business travel and conduct the duties in the stores (driver’s license – B);
Strong communication, interpersonal and training skills;
Proactively addresses challenges with creative solutions;
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and self-reliance in action;
Proactive team player with strong work ethic, committed to continuous self-improvement;
Fluent knowledge of the English language;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Previous experience as Store Manager within a Retail company will be a plus.WHY WORK WITH US
