- Lead the Italian team with full accountability for business performance and team development;
- Define and execute the strategy for growth and market penetration, with a focus on expanding the customer base in professional communities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with corporate standards, governance, and compliance;
- Manage and mentor the leadership team, foster talent retention and development, and build a sustainable organizational culture;
- Strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the Italian market through close engagement with clients, partners, and relevant institution;
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks;
- Coordinate closely with the international parent company to ensure integration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in leadership roles in the business software/SaaS industry, ideally focused on solutions for specific professional communities;
- Track record of managing P&L and delivering business growth in a competitive, B2B/ B2B2C market;
- Strong expertise in operations, sales & marketing, and organizational development;
- Experience working in an international corporate environment and managing cross‑functional teams;
- Background in companies delivering software and services tailored to professions is highly value;
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a collaborative, down‑to‑earth approach;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- University degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
