- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market.
- Identify new business opportunities and interface with marketing in projects that affect sales activity.
- Handle complex negotiations with technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities with the international headquarters and technical teams.
- Lead, motivate and manage the team to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.
- Take full accountability for the sales pipeline and sales execution and direct the outside sales team to achieve or exceed company and regional sales objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of medical device marketing, sales techniques and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills, combined with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English (at least C1). Knowledge of French is a plus.
