Coesia has operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of 2,015 million euros in 2022 and over 8,000 employees.About the RoleAs part of Customer Service Operations department in System Brazil, you will play a key role in the maintenance and commissioning on Digital machineries for the ceramic industry and establish yourself as a trusted point of reference for our customers in Brazil and closest areas.Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out the installation, commissioning phase, and testing of the machine
  • Address and resolve complex technical issues faced by clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and solve technical problems
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the team
About YouYou have an experience and knowledge in automation machinery with a mechatronic background.What You Need to Be Successful
  • Portuguese and English fluency. (a third language is considered a plus)
  • Mechatronic Diploma
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in technical assistance field with a focus on Digital machineries for the ceramic industry
  • Ability to travel (domestic and abroad travels); occasional trips to HQ in Italy for technical training
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues and identify effective solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt on dynamic context.
  • Ability on working with objectives.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
