Coesia has operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of 2,015 million euros in 2022 and over 8,000 employees.About the RoleAs part of Customer Service Operations department in System Brazil, you will play a key role in the maintenance and commissioning on Digital machineries for the ceramic industry and establish yourself as a trusted point of reference for our customers in Brazil and closest areas.Main Responsibilities
- Carry out the installation, commissioning phase, and testing of the machine
- Address and resolve complex technical issues faced by clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and solve technical problems
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the team
- Portuguese and English fluency. (a third language is considered a plus)
- Mechatronic Diploma
- At least 2-5 years of experience in technical assistance field with a focus on Digital machineries for the ceramic industry
- Ability to travel (domestic and abroad travels); occasional trips to HQ in Italy for technical training
- Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues and identify effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt on dynamic context.
- Ability on working with objectives.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
