The person in the role will have the following responsibilities:

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of approximately 80 employees in technical sales, purchasing, production, logistics, finance, HR, IT and customer service.
Developing and implementing a clear sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, growth and profitability goals.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
Collaborating with international teams and headquarter to promote the company's vision and objectives.
Monitoring operational performance and ensuring compliance with external and internal company policies and procedures.
Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Technical office after customer service

P&L responsibility in a multinational environement|Responsible for leading and strategically aligning the Italian team

At least 10 years of experience in B2B industrial manufacturing/engineering environment gained in general management roles with full P&L responsibility; previous experience in sales role will be considered an asset.

Used to multinational environment.
Management by objectives.
Excellent knowledge of the specific industry (pumps/valves/heat exchangers/compressors/oil&gas).
