- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of approximately 80 employees in technical sales, purchasing, production, logistics, finance, HR, IT and customer service.
- Developing and implementing a clear sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, growth and profitability goals.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with international teams and headquarter to promote the company's vision and objectives.
- Monitoring operational performance and ensuring compliance with external and internal company policies and procedures.
- Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Profit and loss of the subsidiary
- Technical office after customer service
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B industrial manufacturing/engineering environment gained in general management roles with full P&L responsibility; previous experience in sales role will be considered an asset.
- Used to multinational environment.
- Management by objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of the specific industry (pumps/valves/heat exchangers/compressors/oil&gas).
