- Leadership: Act as the senior media person in the room with the ability to understand traditional and digital media details and translate this into business growth for both Stellantis and Starcom.

- At least 6 years of agency experience (prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable);
- Global/International experience (strongly preferred);
- Understanding of digital media ecosystem;
- History of managing omnichannel campaigns;
- Automotive category experience (preferred not required);
- Strategy background;
- Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation.
- Effectively Manage Projects and People;
- Read and Interpret Data;
- Speak English fluently - this is must as this is a global role along with Italian.
- Proficiently use the Microsoft Suite of programs.
