Perform due diligence on suppliers and third parties. Support the destocking activities. Manage the Conflict of Interests campaign and related reporting. Support Whistleblowing Committee activities and ensure proper follow-up. Implementation of processes and procedures, setting up guidelines and involvement/lead internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that internal processes and compliance requirements are correctly applied across departments. Perform checks on the effective application of company procedures and implement corrective actions when needed. Support, drive and manage internal audit activities. 5+ years of experience in the role. The candidate has already worked in compliance, internal control, or audit. Has experience in structured organizations or Group environments. Has managed activities related to Legislative Decree 231/01 or similar governance frameworks. Has been involved in at least 1-2 public incentive projects. Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics. Fluent English; knowledge of French is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Macro). Knowledge of Stealth and AS400 / SAP. Knowledge of HFM. Ownership, accountability, and proactivity, with the ability to manage compliance and financial topics end-to-end. Analytical, precise, and problem-solving mindset, capable of handling complex regulatory, financial, and operational matters. Team-oriented and cross-functional collaborator, able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment. Autonomy, planning skills, and adaptability, managing multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with Group standards. High integrity and ethical judgment, especially when handling sensitive matters. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).
