In this key role, you will support the sales department throughout the bidding process, ensure high-quality post-sales support, and help deliver outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Provide technical support after sales, ensuring effective solution implementation and customer satisfaction
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or customized solutionsQualificationsQualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Previous experience in a technical sales support role is preferred
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles; knowledge of rotating equipment is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
  • Confident presentation skills and a proactive attitude
  • Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or industry events
