- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Account Managers, and/or other revenue professionals
- Hire, onboard, coach, develop, motivate, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
- Drive revenue generation by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
- Maintain and update a sales playbook to reflect evolving business needs and strategies.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand and address client needs.
- Present actionable data to C-level executives in a clear and succinct manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and processes.
- Manage multiple responsibilities including sales management, strategy development, and lead generation.
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across global offices.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance to ensure team success.
- 10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
- Experience in B2B software sales.
- Must be Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven experience in Human Resources/Learning Technology industry.
- Proven experience leading and developing sales teams
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process.
- Ability and willingness to travel both nationally and internationally up to 30%.
