The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:We are looking for an expert Planning Manager for our vacancy as Plant Operating Planner Manager, who will be based in Balvano (PZ).By covering this position, you will play a key role in production sheduling and material management across the whole categories manufactured in the plant, directly managing industrial planning service and interacting with Central Planning entities and local Supply Chain team.Main Responsibilities:As Plant Operating Planning Manager, you will be responsible for operating planning, ensuring smooth production processes and optimal resource utilization. You will frame production volumes across assigned horizons and inform Area Operating Planning on expected stock levels.Your tasks will also include ensuring the schedule execution for local managed production, optimizing manufacturing asset usage and managing shift patterns for optimal staffing.In this role, you will coordinate with co-packers on scheduling to meet defined production levels. Moreover, you will oversee stock levels for packaging, surprises, raw materials, and semi-finished goods, managing inbound materials and supplier requests while addressing criticalities.You will be in charge of updates to Planning functions and plant capacity review, ensuring root cause analysis and performing corrective actions.Additionally, you will report KPI trends on Planning topics, providing information to Local and Central levels on issues affecting manufacturing schedule fulfillment.Who we are looking for:If you are an expert production planner, passionate about production planning management, this is the right opportunity for you!We will value your substantial experience gained in related roles and your university background, together with your strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both in Italian and English.Don’t miss this chance and apply!How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
