The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:We are looking for an expert Planning Manager for our vacancy as Plant Operating Planner Manager, who will be based in Balvano (PZ).By covering this position, you will play a key role in production sheduling and material management across the whole categories manufactured in the plant, directly managing industrial planning service and interacting with Central Planning entities and local Supply Chain team.Main Responsibilities:As Plant Operating Planning Manager, you will be responsible for operating planning, ensuring smooth production processes and optimal resource utilization. You will frame production volumes across assigned horizons and inform Area Operating Planning on expected stock levels.Your tasks will also include ensuring the schedule execution for local managed production, optimizing manufacturing asset usage and managing shift patterns for optimal staffing.In this role, you will coordinate with co-packers on scheduling to meet defined production levels.
