
Inside Sales Representative

- Offering management: collection of customer requests, coordination and interface with internal technical functions, preparation of the economic proposal in coordination with the Sales team
- Preparing the order confirmation
- Preparing documentation for internal use
- Preparing documentation for shipment of goods
- Preparing and updating of weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual files
- Supporting management exhibitions, conferences and events
- Sample management and archiving
- Interacting with customers for the management of customs and export activities
- Supporting the Sales team in organising events and trade fairs
- Managing internal reporting in coordination with the sales team and monitors monthly, quarterly and half-yearly sales performance
- Updating related budget quarter and annual files
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the same role
- Experience in a mechanical/mechatronic company
- Practical import and export management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English and Italian language, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) is a plus
