- Support the team in providing legal advice and support to the commercial and marketing teams on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiations, advertising and marketing campaigns, consumer protection regulations, and management of litigation matters between suppliers and clients.
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements, including NDAs, distribution agreements, supply and services agreements, retail and real estate related agreements, advertising contracts and co-branding agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies on legal matters relevant to commercial and marketing activities.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial, litigation and marketing-related issues to support decision-making and risk management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in law required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably with a focus on commercial and marketing law.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Strong understanding of commercial and marketing regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
