- Coordinate and oversee all deck engineering activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement deck engineering strategies and plans
- Review and approve deck engineering designs and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that deck engineering work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, and work with project teams to develop solutions
- Manage and coordinate the work of deck engineering subcontractors and consultants
- Ensure that all deck engineering work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and clients
- Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices in deck engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in deck engineering, preferably in the MENA and Europe regions
- Strong understanding of deck engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Experience with project management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
