At a mid-senior level experience, the Manufacturing Process Engineer deals with ensuring the implementation of layouts and the production processes with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing costs, eliminating waste, ensuring compliance with quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review production processes, specifications, and related information;
  • Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of production processes;
  • Ensure the right implementation of the lean manufacturing standards
ACTIVITIES
  • Adapt the takt times to production plans;
  • Manage the analysis phase of the balancing cycles on the assembly line and mechanical machining;
  • Implement the layout and technological upgrades;
  • Manage process documentation and prepare production reports.
  • Define the flow of the production process and materials, and design and define the implementation of the equipment used in production
REQUIREMENTSDegree in Industrial engineering/Management engineering or related field required.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent team management skills

Organizational and problem-solving skills
