- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed the boutique sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, retail KPI’s, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions that influence business strategy.
- Utilize a strong analytical approach to interpret retail KPIs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, merchandising planning, inventory management, loss prevention, and maintenance.
- Ensure that all boutiques adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage boutique staffs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and empowers employees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Include training on digital tools and platforms relevant to the retail environment.
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience.
- Focus on creating a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
- Oversee the integration of digital tools and technologies into the retail environment, such as CRM systems.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and build brand loyalty.
- Develop long term relationships with clients applying clienteling and CRM techniques.
- Spearhead clienteling activities to cultivate, expand and engage new local clients.
- Develop and execute in-store events and 360° experiences tailored to clients’ preferences, needs, and desires.
- Create customized experiences that cater to individual client profiles, fostering long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and manage the retail budget for the Italian market.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that all boutiques operate within budget guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of retail management experience, with a significant portion of that experience in the luxury goods sector and within the Italian market.
- Previous boutique experience in managerial roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing multi-boutiques operations and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Italian luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with digital tools, and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Ability to travel frequently within Italy.
