- Lead and deliver complex operational due diligence engagements, with a specific focus on carve-out implications and synergy assessments from both a financial and operational perspective.
- Drive separation projects, supporting clients in the execution of carve-out initiatives.
- Design and manage Separation Management Offices (SMO), including governance structures, workstream coordination, and KPI tracking.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Day-1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity between signing and closing.
- Support the development and negotiation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA), ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in the M&A context (consulting or corporate roles), throughout the entire transaction process (pre and post deal).
- Strong financial/accounting background and excellent skills in Excel modelling
- Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop junior team members.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
