
Office Manager (part-time)

- Provide general admin assistance to the team and to all stakeholders, including procurement of office supplies and other materials to the whole team, management of office equipment,
- General Office Management
- Control and follow up of cobot loans and shipments of those
- Office maintenance
- Support in organizing exhibitions, events and seminars
- Coordinating booth set-up and logistics with the exhibition organizations and booth suppliers
- New distributors account set up, contract entry and update in the system and application of credit insurance
- Debtors follow up / Payment collection management
- Work with vendors to manage and resolve issues
- Administrative tasks around mobile phones, cars and other devices
- Administrative support in new hires and resignations
- Ad hoc tasks
- 3+ years' experience from a similar position
- Must be able to finish tasks or projects within deadlines
- Basic IT skills such as Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English and Italian
