This involves working with various teams to design, develop, and launch product enhancements, as well as engaging with clients to understand their business needs and how they use our products to fuel future product enhancementYour responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing product enhancements which meet our clients’ needs and are superior to our competitive offering, writing detailed specifications, and leading a cross-functional team when developing and deploying these enhancements.Job DescriptionAs part of the Western European Product Measurement team, you will:Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launchCollaboration with Operations, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, Tech and other teamsCreate GTM plans and work with Commercial, Product Marketing, and MarCom teamsProvide expertise, present strategies, and act as a trusted advisorDefine and track KPIs to measure product performanceEngage with clients to better understand their business needs and build a client-centric product roadmapTranslate market insights and client needs into product requirementsDevelop a 3+ year product strategy and align with business prioritiesBuild business cases for product fundingPerform industry research and gather competitor intelligenceCreate and edit internal content sites and trainingQualificationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree.5+ years in product development, E-commerce, or data-driven industriesIn-depth knowledge of Omnisales and comprehensive knowledge of NielsenIQ’s products including DiscoverTeam player with strong problem-solving and client-centric thinkingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsLeadership skills to guide and influence cross-functional teamsProfound presentation and writing skills in Business EnglishAbility to quickly make decisions and manage multiple assignments at the same timeA profound understanding of the FMCG industry and E-commerce landscape and passionate about emerging technologiesAbility to synthesize and communicate complex information simply and tailor communication to different stakeholder groups as neededExperience of collaborating with Operations, Data Science, Tech and Commercial teams to solve business problemsGood understanding of NielsenIQ’ s E2E processes, OGRDS, and data scienceGood statistical and logical knowledge, strong analytical aptitude, and a history of using data and insights to guide product decisions.Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environmentAdditional InformationOur Benefits
