Min. n° 0000107 del 12/09/2023) seleziona per INNOVATIVA e TECNOLOGICAMENTE ORIENTATA START UP IN ESPANSIONE, OPERATIVA IN AMBITO INTERNAZIONALE e SPECIALIZZATA NELLA PROGETTAZIONE E PRODUZIONE DI TECNOLOGIE AREA SOUND ENGINEERING/ ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY / PRO-AUDIO stiamo ricercando un/a: OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ENGINEER We're seeking a passionate talent who will contribute to the Company operations, which are everything that happens from the minute a customer places an order, to when the product is assembled, tested and prepared for shipping, through to when the order is fulfilled to the customer. Operations also include pre & post-sale Customer Success, which is maintained by assisting customers with technical support and generally making sure they are happy and satisfied when interacting with brand products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing procedures for, and coordinating supply-chain, procurement, production, QA/QC, logistics, as well as Customer Success. The candidate will also be responsible for bridging R&D to production by creating the best production standards, methods and improvements. The Products that the Brand offers are mainly electronics technology enclosed in custom-designed housing, therefore experience in electronics, mechanics, industrial design or QA/AC is crucial. Our Company Client is a Fresh and Brilliant Startup with a small team, depending on your skill-set, the candidate may also be required to assist in other aspects of product development, R&D testing, fast prototyping and office management. Activities & Responsibilities ● Designing, implementing and coordinating production processes and methods ● Planning functions of a small team of assembly operators ● Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives ● Oversee procurement and purchase departments ● Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols ● Designing and creating production jigs and fixtures for assembling and testing products ● Planning space, equipment, labour and materials required ● Design, update and integrate MRP systems ● Communicate with worldwide customers, distribution network and resellers ● Coordinate communications with suppliers, outsourced contractors, collaborators and other internal department ● Forecast, plan and oversee operations ● Maintain continuous improvement and production efficiency ● Create strategies and tactics to tackle supply chain threats ● Align with Product, R&D, HR and finance departments Organizational and Managerial skills ● Excellent ability to delegate activities and responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and Customer Success ● Predisposition to plan, organise and control ● Strong budget development and oversight skills ● English fluency ● Inclination to leadership ● Project management softwares, Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) Requirements Experience/background in the sound engineering world / entertainment industry / pro-audio Experience in either: · Electronics · Industrial Design · QA/QC · R&D · Mechanics · 3+ years' experience in manufacturing companies Sede di Lavoro: BOLOGNA Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro subordinato full-time: retribuzione in linea con le capacità e con le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
