  • Design automation software solutions for controls of automated machinery lines;
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineering dept. with a focus on software design and mechatronics, performing functional analysis on machines, based on customer's URS;
  • Develop software for the entire machine life cycle, including design, development, production and maintenance, ensuring software's compliance with customer's requirements;
  • Execute simulations, debug and testing of machines, both before machine installation and at customers' sites;
  • Focus on the design and developing software for the Consumer Electronics and Pharma Department in Anzola nell’Emilia.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Automation/ Mechatronic/Electrical Engineer or related fields;
  • Up to 2 Years of experience in a similar position could be a plus (packaging machinery);
  • Organized and detail oriented approach, focused on innovation and curious about innovative solutions;
  • Good knowledge of PLC programming tools and programming languages such as ST (iec 61131-3),
  • Basic knowledge of motion control platforms e.g. Beckhoff/Schneider or Siemens;
  • Basic knowledge of hardware architecture and of electrical/pneumatical diagrams reading
  • Fluency in English;
  • You are thrilled about potential business trips (10-15%).
