Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: HR Operations Team Lead__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR Operations and ensure that the respective global business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.- Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll be accountable for:Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).Interact with external vendor, support on employee queries and HR communityPerform annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.Enter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity.
