Together, we can make an impact!Job ScopeWe are looking for a highly motivated, performance driven individual who will be a key member of our Corporate HR Team. The Corporate HR Reporting & Organization Sr. Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to our global Workforce in order to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall organizational performance. role will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant global HR processes as well as data accuracy and consistency of the organizational structure that serves business needs.Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Drive the development and implementation of a new HR reporting system and process to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
  • Stay abreast of emerging analytics technologies and methodologies to support continuous improvement efforts across Human Resources to ensure HR processes and strategies remain agile and effective
  • Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to Senior Management
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by HR leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT team to generate automated HR reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data
  • Actively collaborate in the Annual Budget Process with regards to the HR topics (Salary guidelines, Headcount and Labour Cost provisions)
  • Is responsible for the Non Financial Reporting - HR Area
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices
  • Design and maintain the rules for the organizational structure creation
  • Design and maintain the methodology for the job creation and the job evaluation
  • Evaluate new job descriptions and puts them into the job matrix
  • Check the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
  • Cooperate with Total Rewards dept. on the grading of job positions
  • Support in the coordination of organizational communications at the global level
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Education: Master degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data analysis, with at least 1 year in leadership or managerial roles
  • Specialization: Proven experience in talent and workforce analytics
  • HR Process Proficiency: Proficient in HR processes, including HRIS, with expertise in SuccessFactors
  • Continuous Improvement: Exposure to continuous improvement concepts
  • Data visualization & story-telling: Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making at a strategic level
HR Governance: Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures is highly advantageous, ensuring data integrity and compliance while improving the value of data assets and organizationDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
