In this role, you will be a key member of our Strategic Leadership Team, working closely with the Secretary General to implement the strategic vision of Caritas Internationalis. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Secretariat and the Internal Services Department, which includes the finance, people & culture, IT and administrative functions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our mission, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.This exciting position requires a proven track record of senior management experience, ideally within the NGO sector. The successful candidate will be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent, or hold an equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in senior financial management. Your exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills will be essential in guiding our organisation through complex challenges and driving sustainable growth.
