Job Title Stage Property Management/Training programmeJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionPosition Purpose:The role ensures the proper functioning of facilities in compliance with standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the operational management of company premises (offices, warehouses, common areas).
  • Management of relationships with the Tenants and with the subjects appointed by the Tenents, in relation to technical and maintenance aspects;
  • Monitor external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities).
  • Assist in planning and monitoring routine and extraordinary maintenance.
  • Manage internal requests or direct reports.
  • Support to Property Managers in the preparation of an ordinary and extraordinary budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to improvement or renovation projects.
  • Update technical documentation (layouts, floor plans, manuals).
  • Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to facility management activities.
  • Support for user data collection.
Required Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Management, or related fields.
  • Alternatively, a technical diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:
  • Any experience in a similar role or related field (including internships).
Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, fire safety).
  • Familiarity with facility management tools and CAD/BIM software (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations (e.g., EU/local standards)
Language:
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Technical English for communication with suppliers and documentation.
Soft Skills:
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
