Job Category: REX - Network DevelopmentJob Description:For our Italy Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Italy Network Development team supporting the manager in the definition of the ideal Network coverage in terms of stores, personnel, and business models to maximize penetration and profitability. The resource will interact daily with the Retail Excellence and Sales teams and have strong connections with the other departments and Global teams.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of:
  • New store activities economic evaluation and prioritization
  • Market and network reporting and analysis using and matching multiple data sources, internal and external
  • Key competitors monitoring and benchmarking
  • Monthly network development report
  • Store network ideal staffing definition and recruiting needs prioritization
  • Brand and Dealer Market Share and performance analysis, including map support
You are the right person if you:
  • Have a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Have an analytical attitude and enjoy problem solving;
  • Speak English fluently;
  • Possess attention to detail, are able to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks
  • Are tech-savvy, organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests
