- On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) Cuneo, Italy.
- Work with systems that enable the company to track its repairable inventory and apply associated warranty programs.
- Develop clear working Standard Operating Procedures detailing process flow and operational requirements for day-to-day activities to support the maintenance and repair operations.
- Provide a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking.
- Manage on site project work, coordinating with Engineering teams and external/internal suppliers.
- Reduce MRO stock duplication and obsolescence.
- Provide migration, rationalization, and standardization strategies to drive down MRO inventory asset value.
- Support productivity improvements through timely delivery of parts and solutions to the maintenance/engineering teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership.
- Provide monthly financial reports.
- Source and arrange consignment of new purchases.
- Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance.
- Increase "Out of the box" reliability of spare repairable assets, through the use of extensive internal and external vendor capability.
- BSc or BEng Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education with additional qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience in Asset Management or maintenance / reliability / project professionals who are looking for a commercial and strategic position.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels within the business, both written and verbal in English.
- Customer account management is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work with production, engineering and maintenance departments to achieve an increase in productivity whilst reducing overall maintenance and support costs
