- Community Management and Consumer Experience: Grow and engage the brand's social media community while monitoring trends and feedback. Provide insights, manage crises, and consumer service alignment and support.
- Content Management: Coordinate content creation with creators and partners, ensuring smooth workflows. Maintain asset libraries and review content for brand consistency and visual alignment.
- Offline Communication Support: Collaborate with market teams to plan and execute events and activations. Deliver toolkits and post-event insights to ensure consistent brand experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Consumer Experience, Community Management or Communication
- Strong communication and social skills and a strategic mindset with a consumer-centric approach
- Trend-aware and proactive in identifying engagement strategies and digitally native with a strong understanding of online platforms and tools
- Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
