- Data Campaign Design and Execution: Create, configure, and execute automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
- Management and Segmentation: Manage audience and data segmentation within Marketing Cloud to ensure targeted and personalized outreach.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze KPIs, generate insightful reports, and recommend strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Content Builder Management: Create and manage email templates, content blocks, and assets in Content Builder.
- Journey Builder Automations: Design, implement, and manage sophisticated customer journeys with Journey Builder
- CRM Integration and Utilization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to Marketing Cloud.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, especially for data consultation and extraction.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Positive, open-minded team player with enthusiasm, humility, and strong ethical values.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant).
- Knowledge of AMPScript and/or SQL.
- Experience integrating external systems with Marketing Cloud.
