It also includes coordinating material requirements, supporting continuous improvement, and managing shop floor issues in collaboration with technical and process engineering teams.He/she will also be responsible for the industrialization of the EBOM to create the MBOM.KEY ACTIVITIESManages the industrialization of the technical BOM (EBOM) and releases the manufacturing BOM (MBOM) in Infor LN, until a fully configured production BOM becomes available.Oversees production orders and assigns tasks to department resources based on job orders.Analyzes and manages production downtimes, involving Quality and Purchasing departments in case of supplier-related issues.Monitors daily progress of assembly and testing activities to ensure compliance with time targets and delivery dates.Ensures technical and procedural training of personnel and coordinates with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and Industrialization departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates with the plant production manager to plan production slots, resources, and space (including participation in ETO planning meetings).Creates and releases production orders, ensuring timely production starts.Collaborates with the planning and procurement team to ensure material availability within required timelines.Monitors production progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards (CMC and FTQ) are met, and proposes corrective actions when issues arise.Manages technical changes during production (Engineering Change Orders) and ensures proper training and knowledge levels among team members.REQUIREMENTSDegree in Industrial engineering/Management engineering/Meccanical Engineering or related field required.
