- Customer management and contact: entering customer records
- Preparation of commercial offers: technical and commercial expertise
- Order entry and management (in coordination with the planning office)
- Support for shipping, invoicing, and credit collection
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure effective management of the order portfolio
- Educational background in a technical or economic field (diploma or degree)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial back-office role (B2B or B2C)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer management and negotiation abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to guide stakeholders and handle unexpected situations effectively
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous organizational and process improvement
