OverviewWe are searching for a client operations coordinator for one of our large global clients across our network.The client ops coordinator will deliver excellence in financial and operational governance and work to provide client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams around the world, forging strong relationships and supporting them in following global operations processes.Work alongside our global coordination team, owning various tasks in managing operational processes.Become a trusted partner for our global financial clients. Support our local markets in managing payment deadlines, PO and issue resolution, problem solving and responsiveness. Lead meetings with local teams to review operational processes. Take ownership of key agency operations related to coordination, tools, and database management.
ResponsibilitiesAttention to detailYou will need to be responsible for managing aspects of the client globally.This role requires an organized and process driven individual who can maintain financial tracking documents accurately, while also managing deadlines.Take accountability for coordinating and leading meetings with both internal and client points of contact.Be responsible for verifying data accuracy within key files and dashboards and ensuring teams are following global operational standards.Trusted advisorYou will need to develop a strong partnership with key stakeholders in managing all financial tasks.Being a strong communicator who can forge relationships with the client.Take responsibility for select tasks and see them through.Owning recurring projects and ensuring they are done accurately and on time.Global coordination

- Execute existing processes and workflows while keeping our teams accountable for the tasks asked of them.
- Communicate effectively with teams to foster strong relationships.
