RINA is currently recruiting for a Mission Systems Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Rome, Italy within the Division.​MissionThe Project Manager is accountable for executing and leading projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. The role involves balancing project demands with available resources and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to achieve project success.Key AccountabilitiesAs part of a team working on aerospace applications, the target primary tasks and activities will include:
  • System Engineer for avionic equipment
  • Monitor of project time, progress, development and budget;
  • Monitor and manage of the development team;
  • Manage of the supplier and the customer;
  • Evaluate the project performance;
  • Development of project documentation (technical proposal, economic budgeting)
  • Project reviews presentations towards international customers;
  • Contribute to the system architecture of avionic equipment. #LI-AU5
EducationMaster's Degree in Electronic/TLC EngineeringQualifications- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering or technical role within a project setting, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes relevant to the sector.
- Knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Familiarity with contracts, client management, and vendor relations.Competencies
