- Leading the execution of our digital transformation strategy, integrating internal processes and tools with digital products to enhance customer experience.
- Owning and evolving the digital roadmap for core platforms, aligning tool capabilities with operational and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process consistency, simplification, and integration.
- Defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives, balancing customer outcomes, business impact, and resource availability in line with GTS business objectives. Funnel new ideas into roadmaps and programs.
- Identifying process gaps and lead improvement efforts aligned with digital transformation and operational excellence standards.
- Partnering with the GTS digital technology team, GTS business functions, and subject matter experts to implement strategies, supporting systems enrichment and service infrastructure digitization.
- Driving program execution with accountability for budget, timelines, change management, and ROI.
- Coordinating and coaching cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, learning, and accountability to accelerate change adoption.
- Reporting to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and outcomes, contributing to strategic KPI governance and transformation maturity.
- Master's Degree in engineering / management disciplines.
- Proven experience in Energy industry preferred, aftermarket and services segment
- 10+ Years of Experience in Project Management/ Program Management, Process and Tool / PMO / Project Management/DT Functional Owner roles: Proven experience in process design & in leading roles in medium-large digital transformation projects
- Excellent Communication Skills, fluent in English and Italian
- Proven experience on collaborating with executive stakeholders on strategic objectives and large high visibility programs
