- You will lead the commercial partnership with major Italian integrators by developing and executing long-term partnership plans with them.
- Understanding customer goals (performance, cost optimization, sustainability) and matching them with the right solutions.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging nutritional technologies.
- Contribute to account development & innovation by:
- Identifying new business areas, technical challenges, and innovation opportunities.
- Positioning Provimi's specialty additives as value-creating solutions, not commodities.
- Bringing field insights to EMEA teams to shape future product strategies.
- You will collaborate and execute together leverage our Global/Local model with Technical experts, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Partnering with colleagues from Commercial team to ensure coordinated, holistic coverage.
- Leading negotiations that create mutual value and long-term alignment.
- You will deliver a great Customer Partnership acting as the primary contact for integrators, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trust.
- Organizing customer workshops, innovation sessions, and technical reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
- We are looking for someone passionate about innovation, partnership, and animal production systems.
- We are looking for a talent with minimum 4 years in B2B account management, with experience with monogastric species (swine/poultry), with experience in selling technical or science-based micronutrition & health solutions while managing complex customer accounts.
- A background in selling Feed Additives or Animal health or with experience in Feed production or integrator environments would be great.
- Fluency in Italian language and English language.
- Strategic thinking
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Previous experience with CRM tools would be great.
