- designing, maintaining, and developing the investment products and services offer of Private Banking and Wealth Management business.
- designing, developing and manage of the strategy of highly effective, distinctive and competitive Private Banking service models for Private Banking customers compared to the competitors, with the aim of better satisfying the needs and requirements of related customers, to increase market share and customer base, as well as generate profits and/or reduce costs for the structures of the perimeter under its responsibility, also considering the cost to serve and the efficiency need.

- definition and development of key projects of the perimeter coordinating collaborative projects with the departments concerned
- definition and development of the service model for the related Customers, contributing to the interventions necessary to make it operative, leading and supporting the Network in the acquisition, consulting, customer service and sales and post-sales activities;
- preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board and internal committees' materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials
