RINA is currently recruiting for a System Engineer to join its office in Torino within the Electronics and System Engineering Division.MissionThe System Engineer focuses on avionic system verification, and Product qualification and certification ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role will be engaged in continuous on-field learning and development to expand personal knowledge of electronic system technologies and practices.Key Accountabilities
  • Contribute to developing project requirements by gathering data and proposing solutions.
  • Use engineering tools and instrumentation to analyse electronic systems and verify that they adhere to requisites.
  • Prepare technical documentation including system specifications, calculations, and drawings.
  • Support the documentation of design concepts, analysis results, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems into overall project designs.
  • Contribute to the coordination of the tasks and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of test plans and procedures for prototype testing.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to expand knowledge of system technologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Seek guidance from senior engineers and participate in training programmes as required.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Information Systems o EconomicsQualifications
  • Experience in electronic systems design, analysis, or a related engineering role.
  • Experience with electronic design tools and laboratory instrumentation
  • Strong technical writing skills, with experience in preparing system specifications, design documents, and reports.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience of test and validation activities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulation (knowledge in RTCA DO-254 / EUROCAE ED-80 will be positively evaluated).
