We are looking for a commercially driven and collaborative Head of Innovation to lead the local innovation agenda across the Romania & Hungary cluster. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, developing scalable innovation initiatives, and executing strategic projects that align with AEI's global innovation strategy. You'll lead a dedicated innovation team, work closely with senior commercial leaders, and be a valued member of the AEI Innovation Leadership Team.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the innovation pipeline for Romania & Hungary, aligned with AEI's innovation platforms
- Translate consumer insights into business opportunities across the cluster
- Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement) to deliver successful launches
- Drive ROI and commercial performance through innovation
- Ensure robust governance and reporting via AEI's Smartgate system
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team
- 10+ years' experience in FMCG (preferably in blue-chip companies)
- Proven track record in brand management and innovation delivery
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility
- Project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
