We are looking for motivated individuals with a forward-looking vision and experience in designing mechatronic systems in the automotive sector.
We seek professionals to take responsibility for requirements analysis, integration, and verification of electronic and mechatronic systems aimed at enhancing vehicle performance and safety by supporting the driver. In E-Shock we do not impose any limit to the creativity and proactivity in the choice and application of new technologies and methodologies.As System Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary team, with a key role in the design of new products, from the definition of requirements to the assurance of product compliance to the requirements.Main responsibilities:
Identify technical solutions and draft system/subsystem requirements based on business needs
Conduct preliminary validation of system requirements through analysis and feasibility studies
Ensure consistency and traceability of system requirements
Perform system requirement verification (integration tests and Hardware In the Loop)
Support the integration of mechatronic systems for autonomous driving
Assist in the product development process, from concept to productionRequired skills:
Proficiency in requirement management and issue tracking tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jira)
Experience applying system engineering methodologies (V-Model Life Cycle, requirement management, issue tracking)
Experience in verification and validation of mechatronic systems using Hardware In the Loop
Knowledge of embedded systems
Experience with version control systems (SVN, GIT)
Functional Safety analysis (HARA, FMEA, FTA, safety concept)
Familiarity with A-SPICE
Practical knowledge of automated testing systems (e.g. Vector VT System, Vector CANOe)
Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink is a plus
Knowledge of ISO 26262
Familiarity with ADAS and autonomous driving technologies
Degree in Computer, Electronic, Automation, Robotics, or Mechatronic Engineering
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
Proficient in Italian and English (spoken and written)
At least 3 years of proven experience in system engineering
