- As an IT Workplace Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our colleagues have a seamless and secure work environment no matter where they are located. You will leverage the cutting-edge solutions from our DTIT Catalogue, Digital Workplace Services and Telecom Managed services to support company projects and programs, and collaborate with internal colleagues and external subcontractors to deliver exceptional services and solutions.
- As a experienced IT Service Manager, you will take on the responsibility of ensuring that all third-party targets (SLO/SLA) are met for the site(s) under your management, reporting to the Regional Infrastructure Managed Services Team Manager. You will also manage Workplace fleet management, vendor performance, and develop Service Improvement Initiatives to drive continuous improvements for our users.

- As an IT Workplace Service Manager, you need to have a solid technical background and knowledge of IT infrastructure, telecom and workplace services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices, and unified communication tools. You will leverage this expertise to achieve and maintain contractual KPIs at a targeted level, including SLA and other KPIs.
- You are a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Having a professional behavior and results-oriented attitude, you will be able to solve problems with an end-user focus and take ownership of responsibilities. You also have an open-minded approach and excellent attitude in dealing with issues and requests from top managers.
- In addition to your technical skills, you also have project management experience and are able to manage and deal with subcontractors.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred, and you must be business fluent in English and have advanced Italian language skills.
