Under the guidance of the HR team, you will actively support the recruitment process in the first step, contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers and after collaborate with the HR team to guarantee the best employee experience.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams
  • Support candidate communication and feedback management
  • Contribute to HR projects related to employer branding, onboarding, and HR data analysis
  • Supported in the training path
  • Work on the new engagement process for internal and external
Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (completed or in progress)
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proactive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
