You will work alongside the HR&P Supervisor to provide excellent client service with high-quality solutions, and also be supported for your growth at TMF Group.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure payroll is prepared in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner
- Processing payroll of clients
- Advise clients on payroll-related matters, including taxation, social security, and labor law
- Performs monthly account reconciliations
- Processing year-end reporting
- Supports internal and external audits
- Conference calls and client meetings together with a Senior Officer or Supervisor
- Supports and assists more junior team members and/or supports the team in improving processes and procedures
- More than 3 years of experience preferably in similar companies (payroll delivery) / BPOs
- High School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics or Law
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Knowledge of Zucchetti Paghe Infinity is considered a plus
- Proficient user of MS Office package
- In-depth knowledge of Italian Payslips' System and Labour Law
- Highly responsible and organized person with good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
