- Industry Relationships: Lead C-level conversations with senior stakeholders to shape long-term partnership roadmaps and unlock new growth opportunities across the Retail industry, positioning TikTok as a strategic partner through a consultative approach.
- Thought-leadership: lead as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate digital transformation and evolving consumer strategy by leveraging TikTok's platform capabilities, industry insights and trends.
- Business Strategy: develop transformative account plans that support business evolution, leveraging data-driven insights and TikTok's platform strengths to fuel client innovation and growth.
- Sales Planning: manage and grow a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, identifying high-impact opportunities, forecasting revenue, and deliver solutions that align with clients' digital strategies and growth plans.
- XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Client Solutions, Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovationQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as Client Partner, Industry Manager, Account Director in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience in media sales, full-funnel advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of the media, advertising and creative landscape.
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS).
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
- High oral and written fluency in Italian and English is required to communicate directly with clients across the Italian region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position coversPreferred Qualifications:
